This morning I made NANAKUSA-GAYU( rice porridge of seven herbs)

January 7th is the day of Nanakusa porridge in Japan.

It seems to eat too much in the New Year to rest the tired gastrointestinal tract, and to wish for a disease-free breath and get Nanakusa porridge.
